1. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY
No purchase or payment of any kind is necessary to enter or win this Challenge. A purchase will not increase your chances of winning.

2. ELIGIBILITY
The Challenge is open to legal residents of participating countries who are at least eighteen (18) years of age at the time of entry.

3. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED
Residents of Italy, Brazil, Mexico, Iran, Syria, North Korea, Kuwait, Saudi Arabia, UAE, Qatar, and any other country or jurisdiction where this Challenge is prohibited, restricted, or requires local registration, bonding, or licensing.

4. WINNER SELECTION
Phase prize winners (NT1 Tripod ×5, NT4 Tripod ×5, and Chameleon ×5) will be selected via a random drawing from all eligible participants who predicted correctly in that respective phase.

Grand Draw winners (XbotGo Falcon ×5) will be selected via a weighted drawing after the Final concludes (July 19, 2026). A participant's probability of winning is determined by their accumulated points across all phases, relative to the total points of all eligible participants.

5. TAXES
Winners are solely responsible for all federal, state, local, and customs taxes, duties, or fees associated with the prize. Winners of the grand draw prize may be required to provide relevant tax information.

6. PRIVACY
Participant data will be handled in accordance with local laws and our Privacy Policy, and will not be shared with third parties except for prize fulfillment. Participants have the right to access, correct, or delete their personal data by contacting privacy@xbotgo.com. Please note that if you request data deletion, your reward points balance will be cleared.

7. GENERAL CONDITIONS
a. This promotion is independently organized by XbotGo and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by FIFA, the 2026 FIFA World Cup, or any official tournament partner. "World Cup" and related terms are used solely for descriptive reference to the 2026 international football tournament. All product prizes are provided by XbotGo.
b. Accumulated points have no cash value, cannot be transferred, and are solely for determining eligibility and probability in this Challenge.
c. XbotGo reserves the right to disqualify winners or terminate the event in the event of confirmed fraud, cyberattacks, or force majeure.
