Allow Tracking for the XbotGo App

Step 1: Go to your device’s settings, select the XbotGo app, and ensure that “Allow Tracking” is enabled.

Step 2: In the XbotGo app, navigate to Settings > Account Settings, bind your Facebook account, and ensure “Facebook” is toggled on.

Step 3: Check tracking permissions by going to Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking on your phone. Ensure that “Allow Apps to Request to Track” is enabled. Once enabled, try toggling “Allow Tracking” for the XbotGo app again.

Note:

Starting June 10, 2024, Facebook live streaming must meet the following requirements to stream to pages and professional mode profiles:

1.  Your Facebook account must be at least 60 days old.

2.  Facebook pages and “Professional Mode” profiles require at least 100 followers.Ensure your account meets these requirements and has live streaming permissions on Facebook.

3.  Select the sports mode in XbotGo app. After clicking “Start recordingg,” select “Turn on Live” and choose “Thrid-Party Stream” > “Facebook” Click “Next,” enter a title and description, and then click “Start Live” to begin streaming.

(For the Android devices, there’s no need to enable tracking. Simply go to XbotGo settings to enable Facebook Live authorization.)
