Shipping Time and Rules:

  • Order Processing: Orders are typically processed within 48 hours.
  • Delivery Times: For orders within the mentioned regions, please allow approximately 3-5 business days for delivery. Delivery times may vary depending on location and shipping method selected during checkout. Shipment times for each product vary depending on availability.
  • International Shipping and Import Tax: For customers outside the specified regions, please be aware that your order may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and fees levied by your country. These charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. BlinkTech Inc. is not responsible for these additional charges; they are the responsibility of the customer.
  • PO boxes or APO/FPO: The ability to ship to PO boxes or an APO/FPO address depends on the item's weight. If an item weighs more than 9 pounds, we won’t be able to ship to these addresses because of our current courier agreements.

 

Return Policy

  • 30-days Free Return: We offer a hassle-free 30-day return policy. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item(s) within 30 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, the item(s) must be in like new condition, in the original packaging with all accessories, and in the same condition as received.
  • How to Initiate a Return: To initiate a return, please contact our customer support at [support@blinktech.us] within 30 days of receiving your order. Our support team will provide you with return instructions, including the return shipping address.
  • Return Shipping Costs: For orders within the specified regions (US, UK, and Europe), we offer free return shipping. For customers outside these regions, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
  • Refund Process: Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 3-7 business days.

XbotGo assumes no responsibility for delayed or rejected orders due to the following reasons:

  1. Remote Districts: Deliveries to remote districts may experience longer shipping times. Additional charges may apply.
  2. Customs and Import Fees: For international shipments, customers are responsible for any customs and import fees that may apply. These fees are not included in the shipping cost.
  3. Delay or delivery failure because of the consignee’s actions. These actions include, but are not limited to: changing the address after shipment, entering an unknown address or wrong address, entering incorrect contact information, and refusal to receive, etc.
  4. Delay due to force majeure. “Force majeure” means an unforeseen, inevitable, or insurmountable objective situation and other objective conditions that cause delayed shipping, including, but not limited to: national or regional air or ground transportation system controls or interruptions (e.g., weather reasons), communication system interference or malfunction, government actions, postal administration policy changes, wars, earthquakes, typhoons, floods, fires, heavy rain, heavy fog, and other similar events.
  5. Shipments that are confiscated or disposed of due to a violation of transportation regulations.
  6. Mail and packages cannot be delivered to the consignee’s address during weekends, national holidays, and festivals.
  7. The consignee address is a school, unit, or residential community where the courier has no access.
