Free Exchange & Return

It is important to us that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you do not love the product(s) you ordered, we offer FREE Exchange & Return within 30 days of delivery. To return a Blink Focos product, please contact us within 30 days of receiving the package to receive a return authorization and a return shipping label.
To be eligible for a return, the product must be free of obvious wear and tear, and other obvious signs of use, must be in the same packaging that you received it in, and must include all accessories that were inside the box. Returns are not allowed after 30 days of the delivery date.

Refund

Refunds will be made after the tracking gimbal is received and inspected.
Any item(s) returned with an order that used a discount code will have the entire discount code value subtracted from the refund value.
Refunds can only be credited to the original payment method.
