Warranty
The BlinkTech Warranty is provided to the initial retail purchaser of any BlinkTech products. BlinkTech warrants that such products will be free from defects in material and workmanship when put to normal use and properly maintained for the warranty period as described below.
Warranty Period
The Warranty Period for all coverage begins from the date of purchase and will remain in place for a period of one (1) year.
What is Covered
BlinkTech warrants that your tracking gimbal and other BlinkTech products will be free of defects in materials or workmanship under normal home use. It is recommended that you register your BlinkTech by visiting BlinkTech Product Registration Page, or complete and mail back us the product registration form, so that your purchase information will be stored in our system.
Replacement
BlinkTech will, at its option, repair or replace a defective BlinkTech product without charge. To replace your BlinkTech product, please contact our friendly customer service team to obtain a return shipping label. BlinkTech will ship you a replacement. Replacement BlinkTech product may be new or reconditioned units and carry a 1 year warranty.
Warranty Exclusions
The BlinkTech product warranty is not offered for appliances operated outside of the United States and Canada. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights that vary from state to state and, in the case of Canada, from province to province. Only the use of BlinkTech brand product and accessories will guarantee the proper functioning and lifetime of your BlinkTech products. Any damage to or malfunction of your BlinkTech products resulting from the use of non-BlinkTech products and accessories may not be covered by this warranty or may result in a service fee if the damage or malfunction is determined to be caused by such use.
